This research seeks to investigate the influence of different public sector organizational\nantecedents on government employees� job satisfaction. Extensive\nreviews of literature revealed perceived procedural justice, distributive justice,\nesprit de corps and job training as the most referred antecedents of employees�\njob satisfaction. To empirically test the study hypotheses, data were collected\nfrom 332 personnel working in National Savings (Public sector investment\nbank in Pakistan). Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze\nthe data using SPSS Statistics 23 and AMOS 21. The results of this research\ngenerally support the hypothesis proposing the relationships between organizational\nantecedents (procedural and organizational justice and esprit de\ncorps) and job satisfaction, except the association between employee�s training\nand job satisfaction. The study helps in formulating policies regarding workforce\nand labor management by providing in-depth insight to the concerned\nauthorities of various government organizations. This research, in addition to\nlimitations, provides some tangible future research directions for future researchers\nin the light of its findings....
The purpose of this research is to investigate the moderating role of perceived organizational support in the\nrelationship between emotional intelligence and job performance. Data were gathered through self-administered\nquestionnaire from a sample of 316 employees working in banks located in Islamabad. As hypothesized, job\n \n\n \n\n \n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n \n\n\n \n\n \n \n \n\n \n ! \n\n \"# \ncorrelation and regression analysis between study variables, reliability of research instrument, strength of\nrelationship between independent and dependent variables, moderating effect perceived organizational support in\nthe relationship between emotional intelligence and job performance was also substantiated. Findings suggest that\nemotional intelligence have positive impact on employee�s job performance, and perceived organizational support\nmoderate the relation between emotional intelligence and job performance such that the relationship between\nemotional intelligence and job performance more stronger/positive when perceived organizational support is high.\nDetailed data analysis, discussion and conclusion with limitations and future research directions are also discussed....

While developed companies have for a long time, due to efficiency and competitiveness, facilitated better reconciliation of work and family life of their employees; in reality in the Czech Republic these business solutions are still not at the level achieved in other countries. In our research, we decided to analyze the options of managers and workers in senior positions in five professional areas to achieve work life balance depending on their age and gender. An inquiry was carried out using a sample of 148 respondents asking questions concerning the options offered by the employer and those preferred by the respondents for work-life balance. The research of the options for work-life balance offered by the employer reflects particular situations in a sample of Czech-based companies and organizations. The results corroborated the rigidity of options offered by the employer to senior employees. According to the results of the research on the work-life-balance options as preferred by the employees, the majority would welcome more possibilities for handling with their work time: part-time work, flexible working hours and working from home. The different preferences of male and female employees and the differences given by the professions are discussed in detail. The results thus suggest that despite proclamations about the benefits of work - life balance for companies, the typical situation in the Czech Republic is slightly more improvement in the work-life balance, while the majority of staff is still waiting for substantial changes concerning especially time possibilities....
